Ansley began her career after a dream internship at NBC News Peacock Productions. As an associate producer she pitched and booked 30+ episodes and specials before earning her first field producer credit.

She specializes in dark, complex stories, especially first seasons of documentary series, and conducts emotionally charged interviews while sourcing never-before-seen archival material destined to go viral. Her work has appeared on HBO Max, Hulu, Investigation Discovery, A&E, Oxygen, and MSNBC.

Ansley lives in Brooklyn with her tuxedo cat and partner. In 2026 she established the boutique production company Anomura Media.
